Eyeliner Application

Let's talk about eyeliner application. This can be very very tricky.

Everybody knows the steps. But sometimes the liner just doesn't seem to want to be straight!!

Well there may be some other reasons than you just being 'maladroit'

Look closely at your eyelids. There may be some imperfections there ..

Sometimes , even if you are young , there is an excess skin . Normally you are advised to pull the skin slightly to have a better application. In the case of excess skin. once you release the skin you find yourself with a zig zag liner on your eyelid!!

Sometimes there are really really tiny pimples on the eyelids .

The thing to do here is to start slowly.

1 ; Start by applying a very fine layer of liner at the root of the eyelashes. Really touching the root of the eyelashes. You can even choose to use a dotting application..proceeding slowly .

2 ; Open the eyes and check. Fill in where the skin can still be seen

3 ; From now its better to work with the eyes slightly open. Building up slowly.

4 ; Finish with the outer corner.

5; Do Not try the long and thick winged eyeliner. This will create a lot of mess.Go for soft liners just to give that pinch of mystery to your 'regard'

6 ; You can also choose to line the eyelash with a black eye-shadow. The powder texture makes it much easier. You must use a small angle brush for this

7 : Apply a lot of mascara to open the eyes.
